Inventory Report 

Our Inventory Reports are professionally compiled and straightforward, we offer an independent, impartial, and unbiased service that will record in detail the condition of the home at the time of the inspection, along with high quality time stamped images. 

Having an inventory can help prevent disputes about the deposit at the end of the tenancy.

Check In 

We certify the condition of the property and ensure a smooth welcoming to tenants into their new homes.  We will go through the inventory report with the tenant and obtain their signature. We will also, where possible, take the meter readings with your tenant. We can also list and hand over the property’s keys should you require us to do so.  

We can accommodate the Inventory and Check-In on the same day.

Mid-Term Report 

Our Mid Term report can be done every 6 months or before a renewal is agreed. The purpose is to give the landlord or the agent an idea as to whether the property is being well treated or neglected, identifying potential issues such as smoking, negligence, maintenance problems, pets, and illegal activities.

Check-Out Report 

Our item-by-item check-out report compares the current condition of each item to the initial inventory. We note any changes, take final meter readings and list Keys returned by the tenant.  Any changes, damages, missing items, maintenance, or cleaning issues are listed with photos.
